We are pleased to announce that we are undergoing a rebranding exercise and will be relaunching soon under the name Kigumi Group (previously The Knowledge Exchange)!

Our new name draws inspiration from the Japanese wood-working technique kigumi, in which all parts of a joint are held together by their complementary pressure and which does not rely on any artificial glue or nails. Here at Kigumi Group, we feel a person’s (or organisation’s) character should be like kigumi - a holistic, balanced set of principles and parts held together by their own internal strength, not by external pressures or incentives.
